Brandon Marvin

Chief Executive Officer

 Brandon is the visionary behind Great Lakes Asset Solutions, serving as its founder and CEO. Possessing an impressive record of over twenty years as a successful executive specializing in collections and commercial collateral recovery, he thrives on his unique and innovative approach to problem-solving. Thinking beyond conventional boundaries is his hallmark, setting him apart in the industry.


Anthony Garver

President

Anthony is a digital design graduate who skillfully blends creativity into his management approach. With an impressive background spanning over a decade in the collections and repossession sector, he has been an invaluable contributor to the company's operational excellence. His ability to marry artistic vision with effective leadership sets him apart.

 

Nick Walker

Director of Sales & Marketing

Nick is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Sales, Operations, and Marketing across diverse industries, including retail, real estate, and energy. His dedication lies in fueling the growth of companies by delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring the utmost satisfaction. His ability to combine innovative thought leadership and problem solving, Nick is excited to take on new challenges to solve.

 

Jill Reid

Director of Human Resources

Born and raised in Lockport, Jill was one of the first additions to the Great Lakes team in 2015, shortly after our company’s inception. Utilizing her Bachelors degree from Syracuse University, Jill manages all matters related to Human Resources within our company. When Jill is not working, you’ll find Jill reading a captivating book or enjoying quality time with her family outdoors, whenever the weather permits. 

 

Daniel Newman

Company Controller

Daniel’s tenure with Great Lakes started in 2023 as the Company Controller. His daily duties draw extensively from his degree in Business from the University at Buffalo. He oversees the company’s comprehensive accounting functions including invoicing and budgeting. Outside of his work life, you can find Daniel watching his favorite sports teams, the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.

 

Mary Cross

Operations Manager

 Mary is an industry expert in collections and repossessions, and with a tenure of over two decades. Her journey began as a collector, and through unwavering determination and delivering remarkable outcomes to our clients, she's ascended to operations manager. Leading a team of 50+ account managers, Mary assumes responsibility for ensuring the secure retrieval of our clients' collateral, all while optimizing cost-effectiveness. With her leadership, the company can safely ensure an efficient and safe asset recovery.
